I have so much admiration for people that are able to not only survive great struggle, but then go on to transform their lives - thrive and find meaning and purpose.
Jocelyn Golden is the author of two books (Learning To Be Me - My Twenty-Three Year Battle with Bulimia and 50 Strategies to Sustain Recovery From Bulimia). She is also a workshop leader and motivational speaker.
I met her on a beautiful Friday morning and we headed out to Great Falls for our photo session. BTW - if you haven't been to Great Falls, you must plan a visit - it is gorgeous.
Jocelyn is such a genuine soul, with a warmth and enthusiasm that made spending time with her both easy and enjoyable.
If you or someone you know is struggling with an eating disorder, I urge you to visit her website www.livingasyou.com for hope and healing.
Jocelyn, you inspire me to seek ways to use my life to help others. I'm grateful to know you.
Lisa
